TV Rain (Dozhd) or Optimistic Channel is an Independant TV station based Moscow. Dozhd is currently under Political attack after an incident regarding a Poll, set up by Dozhd, about the seize of Leninggrad in WWII. Most likely the channel is broadcasting on the Internet only at the moment. More and more Russian cable providers have blocked the signal of Dozhd.
